The Nigeria Football Federation in partnership with American sportswear manufacturers Nike, have unveiled the new Super Falcons jerseys, which the team will don at the forthcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco in July
The nation’s football governing body revealed the latest Nike home and away shirts for the Falcons on Wednesday, with the caption on social media, “New kit. Same pride. The Super Falcons new jersey is here — bold, fearless, and made for champions.”
The home strip of the record African champions is predominantly green, with brushstroke patterns across the front and sleeves, inspired by traditional Nigerian designs, while the away version is a mix of white and green in a patterned design, with a subtle texture and neon green details, including the Nike logo, the updated NFF crest, and “NAIJA” printed beneath the collar.
The Super Falcons players are expected to don the new jerseys in the upcoming 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco, scheduled from July 5 to July 26.
The NFF unveiled the new jerseys on Wednesday, May 14, via its official X page. The football body wrote: “New kit. Same pride. The @NGSuper_Falcons, New Jersey is here — bold, fearless, and made for champions.”
The fresh designs for both the home and away kits reflect a deep sense of national pride and artistry.
