Niger APC begins reconciliation move to end its crisis

Niger State chapter of All Progressive Congress APC has begun moves to reconcile aggrieved members to save the party from destruction by some few individuals who are desperate for 2023 political ambitions.
The state party Chairman, Engineer Mohammad Jibrin Imam made this know while responding to the party critical stakeholders in a meeting with the party executives held at Alovera Hotel during the weekend in Minna, that he has never been found wanting with all the allegations neither served with a petition to answer.
Imam however apologized to members for some of his identified errors but blamed the internal crisis within the party to desperation on the parts of some members “the plan by some party members is to ensure they do away with me to actualize their dreams of 2023 ambition”.
He emphasized that he remained the only recognized party chairman and his executives by the National Secretariat of APC considering article 20 of the party constitution on elections of its officials through congress or convention, while stressing on the party supremacy.
Imam who is also the APC North Central chairman of chairmen explained that the purported a claimed appointed or nominated party officials will be dismantled and urged the stakeholders to always forward their complaints and observations to the party to be forwarded to the governor for action appropriately.
The state founding fathers identified their neglect by governor Abubakar Sani Bello and marginalization of Zone B geo -political zone in times of appointments and resolved to support the current party executives in the state.
