Niger APC still intact despite PDP rally, Party insists

The Niger State All Progressive Congress (APC) has said that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party PDP has a long way to go for chasing shadows to rustled power from them insisted that Zone B remained intact as APC zone in the state.
The State Legal Adviser to APC, Barrister Khalid Ibrahim Aliyu made the disclosure yesterday in Minna while speaking to journalists noted that Niger East senatorial district will remained hundred percent APC in 2019 elections as PDP rally in Paiko last Saturday has no negative impact on the APC from the zone.
Aliyu however called on the people in the state to ensure they are registered and collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) as the only instrument to be used to return APC to power in the next elections but sensitization of the party structures was needed especially at the grassroots levels.
He stressed that the APC administration led by Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State has done his best in the provision of developmental projects considering the merger resources made available to the state hence the party gender sensitivity by given responsibilities to the women.
The Legal Adviser further applauded the state governor’s tour concluded recently as it has given opportunity to the present government to ascertain first hand information from the electorates and government plans to intervene in their plights.
He charged on Nigerlites to come out in their numbers to welcome President Muhammadu Buhari during his planned visit to the state devoid of party differences hence his visit is for the peaceful coexistence and development of Niger State.
