Niger Assembly to investigate 72 missing LGA tractors

Niger State House of Assembly has set up a seven man committee to investigate the circumstances leading to the  disappearance of over 72 tractors belonging to the twenty five Local Government Areas of the State.

This was sequel to the matter of urgent public importance raised by member representing Boss Constituency Hon. Malik Madaki Bosso during the plenary.

Hon. Madaki noted that on the 23 May, this year, the State Chapter of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, wrote a letter informing the speaker of of the   House about the  disappearance of the tractors belonging to the local government coucils in the State.

The lawmaker however, call on the State Assembly to as a matter of urgency  investigate the circumstances leading to the sudden disappearance of the tractors belonging to 25 LGAs in the state.
