Niger Gov. urges retired HOS, Perm Secs to assist revitalize civil service

Niger state governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello has charged retired Head of Service and Permanent Secretaries Association to assist in process of revatalization of the civil service for optimal results.

The governor gave this charge at the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Retired Niger State Head Of Service and Permanent Secretaries in Minna.

He said efforts are in progress to turn around the current challenges facing the retirees in the state.

Represented by the Secretary to the Niger State Government who is also a former HOS, Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmed Matane emphasized on the need to restored discipline and reactivate mentorship within the civil service.
