The wife of the Niger State Governor, Dr. Amina Abubakar Bello has been confirmed as the Chairperson Northern Governor Wives Forum.
She was unanimously confirmed as the chairperson after a meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Mrs Amina who was the vice chairperson was made chairperson to replace the former chairperson, wife of the Bauchi State Governor, Hajiya Hadiza Abubakar .
The outgoing chairperson had to leave the Forum as a result of her husband’s inability to secure a second term during the just concluded 2019 general elections in the country.
