Niger Govt mourns ex Commissioner at 47

The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has expressed shock and sadness over the death of the former Commissioner of Youth and Sports, Hon. Emmanuel Duza Babur. 

Hon. Emmanuel Babur who, before his demise was the Director General of Special Projects died in Abuja at the age of 47 after a brief illness. 

In his condolence message, the SSG described Hon. Duza Babur’s death as unexpected and unfortunate, particularly at this period when Niger State and, indeed, Nigeria need his experience and expertise.
