Niger NCDSC receives N50 million worth of vehicles for Agro Rangers

Niger State Command of Nigeria Civil Defense Service Corps (NCDSC) has received state government’s two hilux vehicles and twenty (20) motorcycles to enhance Agro Rangers from providing effective and efficient security in Niger state.
The Secretary to the State Government SSG, Alhaji Ahmed Ibrahim Matane while presenting the vehicles said that the gesture was to provide security support to the agency especially at Bobi Grazing Reserve where 5 company are presently engaged in livestock investment.
Matane stated that the present administration of Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has made a milestone in Bobi Grazing Reserve hence the need to provide adequate security to enhanced its businesses to strive.
He however, appreciated the partnership between the state government and the Civil Defense as this will in no small measure will ease the personnel in carrying out its security operations.
He noted that the grazing reserve covers about 50,000 hectares of land hence the worth N50 million provision of utility vehicles and other things like tents and other accommodation facilities, however applauded the Commander General, Abdullahi Gana Mohammad for establishing the corps training centre in Kontagora.
Receiving the items on behalf of CG, the state commander, George U Edem appreciated the state government gesture and assured of judicious utilization of the vehicles which will go along way in assisting to provide effective security by his men.
Edem hinted that the command has never relent in its mandates in the state which he assured to maintained while commending the
Commander General, Abdullahi Gana Mohammad for creating an enabling environment and given priority to staff welfare.
