Niger NUJ losses member

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Correspondents’ Chapel in Nigerian state has announced the death of its member from Daily Times, Saka Babatunde Bolaji who died after a brief illness.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Correspondents Chapel chairman, Comrade Yakubu Mustapha Bina and Secretary, Daniel Atori.
It said the member died in the early hours of Tuesday in Minna.
The late Saka’s body has been buried in his hometown in Ilorin, Kwara state according to Islamic rites.
Late Saka Bolaji who began his journalistic journey with Kwara state owned media outfit Herald Newspaper, worked for the Standard newspapers, The Monitor newspaper and Daily Times newspaper.
Similarly, Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has condoled with the leadership and members of the Niger State Correspondents Chapel, over the demise of its member.
