Nigerian pilgrims top occupants of five star hotels in Madinah

The over 26, 000 Nigerian pilgrims who are in the Holy city of Madinah currently dominate the numbers of pilgrims from across the world who are lodge in five star hotels that adorn the city of Madinah.
The Al Haram mosque is surrounded by most of the beautiful and expensive hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) secured accommodation for the thousands of Nigerians who are currently performing the hajj exercise in Madinah.
The Five star hotels, which are mostly a short distance from the Prophet’s mosque, include the Al-Andalus Suites, Al-Andalus Darasalam, Andalus Fiddy and Lou’Loat Andalus.
Others are the Masatul Alia, Andalus Al Masi, Hafaa Al Andalus, Manazil Al Andalus, Elyaas Center 1 and 2. The rest are Elyaas Silver, Al Zahra Hotel, Bahaa Zahra, Riyald Zahra, Guest Time and Wefada Zahra.
Pilgrims who spoke to our correspondent in the city of Madinah expressed satisfaction with the arrangement put in place by NAHCON officials.
Confirming the arrangement to our correspondent, The Madinah Coordinator of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Alhaji Ahmed Maigari, said all the Nigerian pilgrims will get a five star treatment in the city of Madinah including their feeding.
He said “from our experience over the years and from the feedbacks from pilgrims, we have improved on our services to Nigerian citizens who visits the holy land for the Hajj and Umrah exercise, this is why you can see that we topped other countries in securing first class accommodations for pilgrims. I can confidently tell you that we secured 100 percent five star accommodation for our Nigerian pilgrims”.
