The National Orientation Agency, NOA, Bauchi state chapter has reiterated its determination to embark on massive awareness in all nooks and crannies of the state on the importance of obtaining the National Identity Card.
Bauchi State Director of the agency Alhaji Nuru Kobi stated this at a one-day grassroots sensitization campaign on the benefits of the National Identity Management System organized by the commission in collaboration with the state office of the National Orientation Agency held in Lere District of Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of the state.
He said with the modernization of the card by the present administration, the new card could serve in various human activities.
Kobi called on the communities of Lere District to enroll into the process so as to be included in developmental programmes initiated by the government.
