Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has intercepted a golf wagon filled with 27 jerrican of 25 litres containing product suspected to be crude oil.
The command Public Relations Officer, DSC Nasir Abdullahi disclosed this while briefing newsmen in Minna, saying that the suspect, Bulus Samari admitted to have bought the product from Pai Masa in Kaduna state.
The suspect, a native of Kaduna state said he bought the crude oil from a local in the said village at Chukun local government of the state.
DSC Nasir said that the command under the leadership of the Commandant, Ahmed Mohammed Dandare assured to sustained its major responsibility of protecting critical national assets and infrastructure in the country.
