The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara for his resilient leadership and developmental strides in the State.
The NYCN said this in a congratulatory message sent to the Governor on Wednesday and signed by its President, Ambassador Sukubo Sara-Igbe Sukubo on the occasion of his (Fubara’s) birthday.
The Youth Council pointed out that the milestone is more than a celebration of another year; stressing that it is an opportunity to recognise a life of uncommon service, purposeful leadership, and enduring impact. Governor Fubara’s journey in public service, according to the Council, reflects a deep commitment to national development, economic inclusion, and the overall progress of the people of Rivers State and Nigeria at large.
The NYCN observed that over the past two years, amid man-made political tensions in Rivers State, Governor Fubara has demonstrated exemplary leadership marked by patience, tolerance, accommodation, and peace-building.
The statement reads, “The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), under the leadership of its President, Ambassador Sukubo Sara-Igbe Sukubo, extends warm felicitations to its distinguished Role Model and the charismatic Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, on the occasion of his birthday.
“This milestone is more than a celebration of another year; it is an opportunity to recognise a life of uncommon service, purposeful leadership, and enduring impact. “Governor Fubara’s journey in public service reflects a deep commitment to national development, economic inclusion, and the overall progress of the people of Rivers State and Nigeria at large.
