The Executive Chairman of Mangu Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bala Mwolpun has hailed the emergence of Nuhu Yakwen as chairman of the Association of Deputy Chairmen in Plateau State.
This was contained in a statement issued on Saturday by Jeremiah Dakahap, Director of Press and Publicity to the Executive Chairman of Mangu Local Government.
Mwolpun said this did not come to him as a surprise, considering Yakwen’s leadership qualities, adding that his emergence will bring about effective leadership and coordination among various local governments in the state.
He further said Yakwen is occupying this exulted position at a time when the Plateau state governor, Caleb Mutfwang is looking for the most qualified people to ensure development in every part of the state.
“The chairman urged him to use his wealth of experience in ensuring development in the state”.
