Polio: Director assures of smooth immunization exercise in Darzo Iga LG

Preparation towards the smooth implementation of the November immunization of polio disease has been completed in Darazo lga, the Acting Director Primary Healthcare Department Alh Ahmed Idris has disclosed.
Speaking during the task force committee meeting, Alh Ahmed Idris stated that the arrangement in terms of man power and sufficient vaccines is on the ground for the exercise.
Alh Garba Ahmed Idris who commended the members of the task force on immunization traditional and religious leaders including stake holders and politicians for their commitment has appeal for more support.
The Acting Director PHC further explained that apart from the immunization against polio there also immunization on measles was provided calling on the household to sent their children’s for the exercise which he said is free and has no effect.
Earlier in his speech the Acting Local Community Officer Darazo LGA Malam Almustapha Abubakar has said the meeting on task force on Immunization is every round of the IPD’S ( IMMUNIZATION OF POLIO DESEASES ) which will enable the members to discuss the way forward, problem achievement so far redouble their effort.
Malam Mustapha Abubakar who expressed gratitude to all concern citizens who contributed to the fight against the polio diseases call on them to maintain the tempo.
He said the training of personal are already completed and the centre’s are divided for easy coverage assuring the government that no stone will live unturned during the exercise.
He reminded people on the forthcoming Immunization against measles which is approaching and almost started in some parts of the state.
