The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said the appropriate law enforcement agencies have been implored by the party to investigate the bribery allegations of N750m leveled against some members of the National Working Committee during the last primaries.

Stating this at a press briefing, the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh said that it was a serious allegation which the appropriate law enforcement agents must look into since the accusers allegedly paid money through the bank.

He also said the PDP will not lose any sleep about the February 14 Presidential poll, even as it accused the APC as ‘mere noise makers’.

“Our opponent, the APC’s campaign have been full of noise and mere dramas, they have been doing a lot of talks about change, change but they have not tell the Nigerians how they want to marshal the change, but on our own our achievements are there to speak for us”.

Metuh assured of the PDP’s victory in all the six geo-political zones in the polls, said this was based on the large turnout of the people of all the Zones already visited and the remaining zones in the North in the ongoing presidential campaign.

Metuh pointed out the no administration in the history of Nigeria had ever done what the administration of President Jonathan had done for the Northern parts of the Country in terms of projects and appointments and that the people of the region were very happy about it.

While assuring that the party would not lose any sleep about the February 14 Presidential poll, Metuh said, “our opponent, the APC’s campaign have been full of noise and mere dramas, they have been doing a lot of talks about change, change but they have not tell the Nigerians how they want to marshal the change, but on our own our achievements are there to speak for us”.

He said that the insurgency in the North-East was not the creation of the Jonathan administration and that if not the way the administration had been handling the crisis, the Boko Haram sect would have occupied half other entire country.

According to him,”APC will not win in any of the zones, PDP will win in the South-west, PDP will win in the South- East, PDP will win in the South-South, we will win in the North-central, we will win in the North-West and the North_East, we will win in all the Zones, this not joke, Nigerians are anxiously waiting for that day”.
