Chairman Northern Speakers Forum, Rt. Honourable Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani has urged Speakers of the state’s Houses of Assembly to profer immediate solution to the insecurity challenges bedeviling the country.
Zailani gave the charge in his welcome remarks at the 2nd Regional Conference Meeting held Kaduna yesterday.
According to him, worsening security situation is leading to impoverishment of more of the people through high cost of food items.
“Our farmers are afraid of going to farm over apprehension of being kidnapped or even killed,” he said.
