Real estate investment safest with estate surveyor Valuer -ESV. Amos Kassim

An Estate Surveyor and Valuer ESV Amos Kassim, said real estate investment through an estate surveyor and Valuer is the safest and most advised. ESV Kassim made this known yesterday in Abuja.
He said real estate is considered as one of the most attractive and veritable forms of investment for various reasons.

He explained that estate surveyor and valuer’s are trained and committed to honest service delivery ensures that he guides his/her client with the necessary pre-cautionary measures to avoid loss by undertaking proper title verification prior to acquisition.
“He/she (Estate Surveyor) also advises or assists the investor in subsequently registering the acquired interest by documenting it with the lands registry thus further securing the investor’s title against adverse claims.
