Former Governor of Ogun State and Chairman Senate Committee on Capital Markets, Ibikunle Amosun, has sent a congratulatory message to the Nigerian High Commissioner in the United Kingdom, Alhaji Sarafa Tunji Isola.

The letter captioned “Double congratulations to a consummate Diplomat” and dated 25th November 2021, observed that on that date which was his 61st birthday, Sarafa Isola was going to present his credentials in a ceremony to her Majesty Queen Elizabeth. He observed that for the two events to hold on the same date, reflects the personality of Isola as a man who attracts celebrations and honours.

Going down his memory lane, the former Governor of Ogun State observed that his services to the state as a Local Government Chairman, Secretary to the State government and Minister of Mines to the Federal government had been laced with high quality service and celebrations.

He also noted that since his appointment the High Commissioner he has been able to introduce new innovations that have improved credibility and efficiency to Nigeria’s mission in London.

He prayed for the good health of the High Commissioner so that he will continue to render the good services he has been rendering to humanity since he came into public service.
