Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has announced going into self-isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.
The 32-year-old Aguero revealed the news through his social media on Thursday afternoon.
“After a close contact, I’ve been self-isolating and the latest test I took was positive for COVID 19. I had some symptoms and I’m following doctor’s orders for recovery. Take care, everyone!,” he stated.
Meanwhile, City will face lower division side Cheltenham Town in the FA Cup fourth round this weekend away.
