The Southern Kaduna People have commended the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Kaduna State Government for their initiatives to mitigate insecurity in the state.
At a press conference on January 22, 2026, the National President of the Southern Kaduna People, Engr. Tabara Samuel Kat expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani for their commitment to protecting lives and property.
Engr. Kato specifically commended Governor Uba Sani for visiting Kurmin Wali in Kajuru Local Government Area, which was attacked by bandits on January 18, 2026, calling it a historic moment because the governor is the first to visit the community.
He noted that the governor had directed the Commissioner of Works to address the road issue and promised to provide a hospital, security presence, and other infrastructure to the community.
