Supreme Court reserves judgment in PDP, ADC cases
The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Kabiru Tanimu Turaki-led Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seeking to overturn the ruling of the Court of Appeal, which nullified the conduct of the party’s national convention, held in Ibadan last year.
The court similarly reserved judgment in the appeal brought by the David Mark-led African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Justice Lawal Garba, who led the five-member panel of justices, said separately on Wednesday, after lawyers adopted their written addresses, that dates for judgment would be communicated to all parties in the appeal.
