A one day-old child has been found-dead in a refuse-dump behind a block industry yesterday, at Sabon-Gari, in Jalingo taraba state Our reporter, who was at the scene, reports that the body of the child found inside a black polythene bag had almost decomposed.
Surprised by the happening, passers-by who spoke with our reporter expressed concern over what they described as the inhuman aet of the girl or woman.
They adviced that girls should not allow themselves to get pregnant when they were not prepared, warning that they would give account of their deeds
before God.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Joseph Kwaji confirmed the incident but however said that they were looking for the mother of the child for necessary action.
