Youths in Taraba State have been urged to shun religious and sectorial differences for a better society.
Addressing youth in Jalingo, the Secretary of the National Youth Council Ibukunoluwa Oluwale, enjoined youths in the state to shun any form of sentiment for the overall development of the state and the Nation at large.
Oluwale stressed the need for the youths in the state to remain resolute in the midst of political challenges as 2015 General Election approaches.
He said some Politian would come with the name of religious in other to achieve their aimed. On what happened to Governor Suntai, Oluwale said is a will of God and the same God that brought Alhaji Garba Umar to govern the state.
In his remarks Taraba State Chairman, Youth Council, Emmanuel George urged youths in the society to remain focus and engage in fruitful ventures describing youths as the backbone of the society.
He commended the federal government for introducing the SURE-P programme towards reducing the economic hardship being face by youths in the country.
