Three Governors Storm Katsina For Projects Commissioning 

The Governors of Kwara, Yobe and Sokoto states will be in Katsina beginning from Friday to commission key projects completed by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.

This was made known by the Katsina State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Bala Salisu Zango while briefing journalists on the visit.

According to him, the projects billed for commissioning include the multi-billion-naira Smart School in Radda, the upgraded Ingawa–Shargalle Road, and the dualised Yandaki–Shinkafi-Kofar Sauri Junction Road.

Dr. Zango said Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State will commission the Ingawa–Shargalle Road on Friday morning while Sokoto State Governor, Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, will inaugurate the completed Yandaki–Shinkafi-Kofar Sauri junction dual carriageway.

“We will commence from Ingawa and after the first commissioning, proceed through the Shargalle axis via Yandaki to Shinkafi, where the second commissioning will take place,” he said.

He also revealed that on May 6, 2026, the state will unveil the multi-billion-naira Smart School in Radda, which he described as a landmark investment in educational transformation and human capital development.

“The Smart School will be commissioned by the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum and Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq,” he said.
