Former Lagos State Governor and All Progressive Congress (APC) Chieftain, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu is to chair the 11th Annual Sir Ahamadu Bello Memorial Lecture while the Chairman Northern Governors’ Forum, and Plateau State Governor, Barrister Simon Lalong will deliver the lecture.
The Director Centre for Historical Documentation and Research (Arewa House) Dr. Shuaib Shehu Aliyu, disclosed this during a press conaference held in kaduna yesterday.
According to him, the choice of Governor Lalong was informed by his turning Plateau state once seen as volatile to Peaceful state and his role as the Chairman Northern Governors’ Forum.
Dr Aliyu added that Lalong will be speaking on the topic “Youth Growth and Development in a post Covid-19 economy”.
The Director disclosed that since the inception of the Annual lectures, respected Nigerians have chaired the occasion, without any political or Ethnic undertone.
He said other top dignitaries from across the country and beyond are expected to grace the occasion slated for 27th March,2021.
