As President Muhammadu Buhari took oath of office for second term and Engr. Abdullahi Sule took over the mantle of leadership as the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, the speaker of the State Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe- Abdullahi has drummed support for their administration to succeed.
Balarabe- Abdullahi made the assertion yesterday while speaking with newsmen in Lafia the State capital.
The speaker who expressed optimism that the second tenure of President Buhari would be fruitful, hence the need for all citizens to support and pray for him.
According to him, “I am very optimistic that President Buhari ‘s second tenure will address most of the challenges facing the nation at the moment.
He has done his best during his first tenure. I am also very convinced that Engr. A A. Sule ,the new governor of Nasarawa State have the full capacity to take the state to the next level of development”.
The state number three citizen called on the people of the state to support and pray for the new governor to succeed for the betterment of all irrespective of their ethnic, religious and political affiliations.
The speaker further assured the new governor of the assembly readiness to synergize with the executive in order to provide the much needed dividends of democracy to the electorate.
