A major support group backing Governor Uba Sani has described his successful screening and clearance by the All Progressives Congress National Screening Committee as a strong validation of the wide-ranging reforms his administration has carried out in the past three years.

The Unified Alliance, through its Coordinator Hon Bashir Suleiman Zuntu, said the outcome confirms that the governor’s leadership across key sectors — including security, infrastructure, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and rural development — has earned broad acceptance within the party and beyond.

Zuntu said the clearance has effectively strengthened the belief among supporters that continuity is “already a settled matter,” noting that the governor has built steady momentum through what he described as practical, people-focused governance.

Zuntu, who resigned recently resigned as Kaduna’s Accountant-General, said the screening victory is not just political progress but a reflection of “real results on the ground” that ordinary citizens can see and feel across communities in Kaduna State.

He added that the Unified Alliance as a formidable pro-Uba Sani support group is now fully mobilised, insisting that the governor’s performance has made his second-term bid “a natural continuation of ongoing reforms.”

The group further stated that Governor Uba Sani has restored confidence in governance through consistent engagement, policy direction, and efforts aimed at stabilising communities and improving livelihoods.

It reaffirmed its total support for his second-term ambition, saying Kaduna is already aligned with continuity, consolidation, and sustained development under the current administration.
