The management of the University of Abuja on Wednesday matriculated a total number of 4, 311 fresh students.
Disclosing this during the matriculation ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof.Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah, warning the new students against cultism and other social vices.
He also advised the students to always maintain good relationship with the Student Affairs Unit of the University to enhance learning.
He said the management of the University would continue to provide a conducive environment for students at all times in the institution.
He added that the management of the University would engage the student in the skills acquisition programs so as to enable them to be self-reliant after graduation.
He, however, congratulated the student for gaining admission into the University of Abuja, and urged them to face their studies squarely.
