The Village Head of new Kutunku in Gwagwalada Area Council in the FCT, Mr. Danladi Saleh, has charged the residents to co-operate with him for the overall development of the area.
Saleh, who gave the charge while speaking with newsmen during the celebration of his chieftaincy title on Sunday in Gwagwalada, also urged the Kutunku residents to live in peace with one another.
He said his leadership would deem it necessary to obey the Aguma of Gwagwalada, Alhaji Muhammadu Magaji for the sake of Peace and unity of the residents.
He pleaded with the Administration of Gwagwalada Area Council to provide jobs for the youth as well as engage them in the skills acquisition programme.
He then said he would continue to respect the constituted authority for the smooth running of the administration, calling on the other traditional rulers to always co-operate with the security agents, so as to carry out their duties effectively.
On his part, the APC Chairmanship aspirant in Gwagwalada, Hon. Suleiman Ibrahim Barde, advised the people of new Kutunku to accord the respect to Etsu Danladi Saleh at all times.
