World Humanatarian Day: Jigawa first lady advocates more support to vulnerable

The wife of Jigawa state governor Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi has called on wellbeing people to support the less privilege people.
Hajiya Hadiza made the call while delivering her speech to commemorate with world humanitarian day in Jigawa state.
“Today we gather to commemorate and recognize the importance of the humanitarian day,a day dedicated to advocate for the right, dignity and well-being of all individuals around the world” she said.
The first lady also described humanitarian day as a reminder to shared humanity and responsibility as well as to stand up for those who are less privileged adding that, it is a day to celebrate the compassion and kindness that exists within each of us and take action to help those in need.
She said, every day in the communities million of people face poverty, violence discrimination and other forms of injustice and “it’s our duty to work towards creating a more just and compassionate environment for all”.
