The chief magistrate court 1 in Damaturu, Yobe state has arraigned two men, William Neged of the New Nation Office, Maiduguri polo road and a 47 years old man, Alhaji Kolo Mohammed Shuwa, a resident of Low cost, Buniyadi in Yobe state, on four count charges of criminal conspiracy, false personation, criminal misappropriation, cheating, forgery and document forgery.

He told the court that the suspects operate an office along Maiduguri road where they, fraudulently hide under a registered private company, obtain money varying from N1,500 for recruitment form and another sum of N2,500 for interest free loan form, promising to give job and loan of any amount of the applicants choice.
He further told the court that some money realized were criminally misappropriated by the two suspects, a crime which contradicts sections 97, 177,322 and 364 of the penal code law.
The two accused persons who pleaded not guilty to the charges were granted bail by the presiding magistrate, Gambo Hussaini Jumbom, in the sum of N100, 000 with one surety each and the sureties must be residing within the jurisdiction of the court as the case was a adjourned to the 22nd of October, 2014 for hearing.
