Youth group advocates for Ibrahim Musa as MD of TCN

Youths under the auspices of Niger Youth Progressive Alliance (NYPA) has advocated for a Niger state indigene to be appointed as the Managing Director of Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN.
The Director General of the group, Comrade Abubakar Turaki made the declaration in a press conference yesterday in Minna, saying that Niger state has been marginalized over the years.
Turaki stated that the current executive director, finance and account of TCN, Ibrahim Musa should be considered for the Managing Director sequel to his proven examplified qualification, good record and experience in the power sector.
The group lamented that a bonafide Niger state indigene should be given the opportunity to head TCN which is hosting four Hydro Electric Power dams.
Comrade Turaki called for the reversal of the trend in the company to ensure that Niger state especially Ibrahim Musa who has the requisite knowledge and experience is considered for the position.
