The Kaura Progressive Youths Forum has urged Hon. Sylvester Anthony Brando to return to his ancestral home and contest for the House of Representatives seat in Kaura Local Government, saying his leadership and philanthropy can bring much-needed transformation to the area.

The appeal was made in a statement signed by the group’s Convener, Comrade Boniface Bobai.

According to the statement, Brando’s leadership style and philanthropic record have the potential to significantly transform Kaura. Still, the youths are concerned about a lack of visible progress in the constituency in recent years.

“There have been no bill sponsorships, economic empowerment initiatives, or student scholarship programs, and residents are eager for renewed representation and tangible development,” Bobai said.

“We appeal to Hon. Brando to redirect his political ambition and philanthropic efforts toward the development of Kaura,” the statement read.

Comrade Boniface Bobai, the Convener of the Kaura Progressive Youths Forum, expressed solidarity with the people of Kaura and optimism for the future of the local government and Kaduna State, saying the community is ready for Brando’s return and leadership.
