The membership e-registration drive of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Zamfara state chapter is set to commence on Monday, following the distribution of working materials to those trained to carry out the exercise.
The items distributed includes computers and their accessories for the fourteen coordinators and three senatorial supervisors across the state.The registration will simultaneously be carried out in all the 147 political wards of the state.
This was announced by the State Chairman, Alhaji Tukur Danfulani Maikatako.
Alhaji Tukur, who was represented by the Secretary of the APC, Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima, stressed the need for the party to authenticate its membership strength as the party is growing very fast in the state.
He said Zamfara is fully ready to ensure that all APC members are registered as serious mobilization is on going to sensitize the party members and those wishing to join.
He urged all those charged with the responsibilities to run the exercise to ensure that they discharged their duties with fear of Allah.
Also speaking during the material presentation program, the state coordinator of the e-registration exercise who is also the State Publicity Secretary of the APC, Malam Yusuf Idris Gusau, said adequate training has been provided to those entrusted with the registration including local government coordinators and three senatorial districts supervisors.
