A clash between Irigwe and Rukuba communities of Bassa local government area of Plateau state, has yesterday claimed one person and seven others wounded.
A source from the area said the incident occurred following a land dispute between members of the said communities.
Peoples Daily gathered that the Villages of Katummi and Huce in the area were under attacks and many houses destroyed.
When contacted, the STF media officer, captain Ikecidi Iweha, confirmed the incident and was just a communal clash. He said, one person was killed and seven others injured. He added that the situation has been calmed.
