No fewer than 10 people lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident in Sada Village of Kazaure local government area in Jigawa state.

Reports from the state indicated that the two commercial vehicles, all Toyota Model F buses were coming from opposite directions and had head on collusion where six people died instantly.

Confirming the incident, the state Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Malam Muhammad Gidado Fari said his men led the rescue team who took the victims to Kazaure general hospital.

According to him, the two vehicles were full of passengers, “One was coming from Daura and the other one was coming from Kano with registration no: AE 200 TTK IMO and QC 415 EKY Lagos”, adding that “10 people died with 5 males, 5 females among which was a 2 year old baby boy.”
