2011 post election violence: Tinubu donates N10m to Kaduna victims

All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chieftain, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has donated 10 million naira to Muslim and Christian victims of 2011 post election crisis in kaduna state.

The affected persons were drawn from Christian and Muslim communities destroyed during the crisis that claimed lives and properties in the state.

Tinubu who was also a former Lagos governor said the money was his personal contribution to the sympathetic condition of the victims.

He made the donation when their presidential campaign train stormed the state on Monday as part of their nationwide campaign for their candidate, General Mohammadu Buhari.

Tinubu urged the victims to remain in prayers to God, and avoid any form of violence before and after the next month general elections.

“I am making a personal donation of N10 million naira to Kaduna crises victims, it is not from APC account, it is from me to you so that it can cushion your suffering.

Speaking on behalf of the victims, Mr. Yah uda Marsa simply assured the opposition party of their total support in next month election.
