2015: Bello Kumo picks nomination form for Senatorial seat

Member representing Akko local government area in the House of Representatives, Usman Bello Kumo has declared his intension to contest for Senatorial seat under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The lawmaker stated this yesterday in an interview with newsmen in Gombe, adding that his intension to contest for senatorial seat in Gombe central was aimed at putting his people first, stressing that the

mandate that was given to him to serve in the House of Representatives in 2011 would continue to yield fruitful result if elected as Senator representing Gombe central in the National Assembly come 2015.

He however said that his administration would not relent in assisting members of his constituency, noting that it is his responsibility to ensure that people in his constituency have sense of belonging in the society in order to witness the dividends of democracy that people had been enjoying.

According to him, modalities have been put in place to ensure that he is elected into office in the forthcoming general elections with a view to develop the area.

Speaking further, the lawmaker maintained that he would do his best to ensure that he carry every one alone, stressing that his victory at the poll in 2011 had made a tremendous impact for the development of the area which according to him would continue to serve his people for the better.
