Kebbi State governor, Alhaji Usman Saidu Nassamu Dakingari, has called on the people of the state to elect a credible governorship candidate that would continue with his legacy in the 2015 governorship election.
Dakingari made this call yesterday shortly after receiving Good Performance Award from the people of Arewa Local Government Area adding that his achievements in the state has made an impact on the electorates most especially on his road network and infrastructures projects. He urged the people to vote for who would continue with his projects.
“People should not made a mistake in choose a wrong candidate, it’s good they should screen the entire contestants before their final voting’’ he said.
Dakingari therefore, explained that polio eradication was part of his administration’s achievements while calling on the Niger Republic Government to join hand with his government in eradicating polio and crimes in the border area.
Speaking at the occasion, the chairman of Arewa Local Government, Ahmed Yakubu Tanko described the administration of Dakingari as a transparent government that had made serious impact in the rural area.
“The people of Arewa decided to honour Dakingari and two others because of the achievements recorded in the area and the state at large. He has done a lot in my local government, most especially on roads network’’ he disclosed.
