2023: DAG engages stakeholders to reduce violence extremism in Jigawa

A non governmental organization, Dispute Resolution and Development Initiative, formally known as Democratic Action Group (DAG) organised a two day capacity workshop to engage multi stakeholders on violence prevention in Jigawa state.

Speaking to news men shortly after the training, the executive director of DAG Dr Muhammad Mustapha Yahaya said, the workshop will provide more knowledge to the participants on how to prevent the occurrence of violence extremism in their various communities.

He explained that, DAG incollaboration with West African Network for Peace building (WANEP) embarked on peace building to reduce violence extremism in Jigawa and Kano states.
