Ahead of 2023 general elections, the leadership of the National Council of Women Societies (NCWS), Nasarawa State Chapter has assured Governor Abdullahi Sule of their absolute support to his administration, to continue for the second term, in order to enable him accomplish his good plans for the development of the state.

The Nasarawa State President of NCWS, Mrs. Mary Samuel Maishi, who gave the assurance during an interview with journalists in Lafia, the State capital, called on women in the state who are yet to collect their PVC from the INEC to do so, as it is their voting power in 2023.

She said:“I am appealing to women in Nasarawa State to support our amiable governor Abdullahi Sule to succeed for the second term. Governor Sule has made women proud in the state because of his inclusiveness ideology. He has appointed women into various positions in the state. There is the need for women in the state to give him the ample support by voting him massively come 2023”.

The NCWS boss, who further described Governor Sule as an ambassador of peace and equality since he assumed the mantle of leadership; noting that the state has witnessed a tremendous relative peace and rapid physical development under his leadership.

“We are assuring that the votes of women in Nasarawa is for Governor Sule in order to enable him continue with his gesture aimed at transforming the state in all the spheres of development has witnessed within three years in office.

“Governor Sule has demonstrated his ability and capability in governance. Let us give him the desire support”, she added.
