The FCT Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Abuja, has commenced medical screening of all intending pilgrims wishing to perform the 2025 pilgrimage through the Board.

This mandatory programme kicked off Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April, 2025 at the Board’s Permanent Hajj Transit Camp, Bassan-Jiwa, near Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

Accordingly, intending pilgrims from the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Bwari and Kuje Area Councils and the Hajj Savings Scheme ( HSS) reported on Saturday 12th April for the programme, while the intending pilgrims from Abaji, Kwali and Gwagwalada Area Councils and the Headquarters of the Board reported on Sunday 13th April for the programme.
