The OK Movement, a political platform backing the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential ticket of Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has appointed public policy expert and legal scholar, Dr. Sam Amadi, as the Head of its Advisory Council.
The appointment was announced in a statement posted on the movement’s verified X account.
According to the statement, Amadi’s experience in public policy, governance and law will provide strategic direction as the movement expands its activities ahead of the 2027 general election.
The group said it believes his leadership will strengthen its mission of building a broad-based, people-driven movement focused on national development.
The OK Movement also announced the admission of Nana Kazure into its fold, describing the development as part of efforts to bring together experienced leaders and Nigerians committed to political change.
“We warmly welcome Nana Kazure to the OK Movement. Your decision to join this growing movement reflects our shared commitment to building a better Nigeria for all,” the statement said.
The movement added that it remains committed to mobilizing credible voices and passionate citizens in pursuit of what it described as a better future for the country.
The OK Movement is a political platform made up of supporters of Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who are the presidential and vice-presidential candidates, respectively, of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2027 general election.
