The New Commissioner of Police in Kaduna state, Mallam Ahmad Abdulrahaman has vowed that the state command will work together with other security agents to bring to Justice the Killers of four members of the IGP IRT team who were ambushed around Jankasa village Rigasa in Igab Local government Area of the state.
He stated this in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Sabo Yakubu and make available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The statement said that team of reinforcement has been mobilized to the area to fish out the perpetrators of the gruesome act.
He appealed to the general public to assist police with information that will help to track down the fleeing Killers.
“A team of detectives attached to IGP IRT while on operation along Jankasa village of Rigasa kaduna state were ambushed by armed bandits.
‘After a fierce gun battle, four of our policemen paid the Supreme sacrifice. Teams of reinforcement have been mobilized to the area with the view to bring the perpetrators to book
“We appeal to the general public to assist the police with use information towards ensuring that the perpetrators of this dastard” The statement reads
It would be recalled that Malam Ahmad Abdulrahaman resumed duty as the new Commissioner of Police in Kaduna on August 6th to replace Mr Austin Iwar.
