Monarch harps on good education for children

The Chairman Yoruba Council of Traditional Obas and Chiefs in the 19 Northern states and Abuja, Ambassador Muhammad Arigbagbowo has said good education is the best inheritance any parent can leave behind for their children.
He made the assertion in a speech he delivered at the 25th Graduation ceremony of Sari Dauda Institute for Islamic Education held in kaduna yesterday.
The Monarch therefore appealed to parents to strived to give their Ward’s the best Arabic and Western education in order to mould them to become responsible citizens.
Ambassador Arigbagbowo added that it had become imperative for Muslims parents to educate their siblings in Islamic studies so that they will not be brainwashed with bad doctrines.
He expressed dismay at the high rate of children who are becoming uncontrollable by their parents stressing their way of dressing disappointing.
The monarch also called on the government to take drastic actions to check the rate youth gets involved in drugs addiction.
He called on all clerics to join their voices in the campaign against illicit drugs.
The royal father commended Nigeria security agents for their efforts to stem the tide of crimes in the country.
Among the dignitaries at the occasion are Garkuwan Zazzau Babba Alhaji Sani Dauda who was the chairman of the occasion. A menber kaduna state House of Assembly Yusub Dahir and District Head of Makera Alhaji Shehu Tijjani.
