In its efforts to support the people affected by the flood at the riverine areas, the Bunza Local Government Chairman Alhaji Bello Zogrima has purchased 20 canoes to soften the pains of the people.
The chairman who stated this while fielding questions from newsmen in Birnin Kebbi said that the 20 canoes will be distributed across the riverine communities in Bunza Local Government.
“I bought the 20 canoes as part of Government’s deliberate efforts to soften the pains they are going through following the recent flood in the area”.
