The Federal Government has confirmed the appointment of Dr. Imafidon Osama Agbonile as the Medical Director of Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Uselu, Benin City for a term of four (4) years with effect from 1st October, 2020.
This was contained in a statement issued yesterday by Olujimi Oyetomi, Director, Media at the Federal Ministry of Health.
The statement said the Minister of State for Health, Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora conveyed the confirmation of Dr. Imafidon Osama Agbonile which was approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.
It said in conveying the approval of the appointment to Dr. Agbonile, the Minister of State for Health charged the appointee to “work hard to ensure that the hospital continues to provide quality health care” and “endeavour to improve on the present achievements and leave your mark of progress on the Institution.”
While congratulating the appointee, Dr. Mamora further urged him to “justify the confidence reposed in you by this appointment and work with all stakeholders for industrial peace and harmony in support of Mr. President’s change Agenda for the next level.”
