The Federal High court Yola has fixed 26th of November 2020 as date for commencement of hearing in a suit filed by Dr.Umar Ardo’s faction seeking dissolution of Barristar A.T.Shehu led state Executives of the Adamawa state People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
In a notice of hearing from the court addressed to Ardo and 2 others as plaintiffs/Applicants versus people’s Democratic Party, its chairman, Barristar A.T Shehu and 10 others as Defandants/Respondants ordering the parties or their legal representation to make appearance by 9:00Am,Thursday 26th Nov.
It further directed parties in the filed suit No..FHY/YL/CS/11/2020 to provide all necessary documents, evidences and witnesses relevant to the matter in written to the registrar of the court.
Applicants in the case include; Umar Ardo,Ethan Buji and Hon.Ibrahim Ahidjo Karlahi.
