Adamawa police detectives attached to Mubi North local government Area Divisional headquarters have apprehended two suspects for allegedly kidnapping an 11 year old boy.
Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO),DSP Suleiman Nguroje disclosed the development in a press release in Yola.
Nguroje stated that on 01/11/2020 detectives of the Mubi North Division on patrol arrested the suspects; Aminu Jika ,36 years old and Muhammad Umar, 32yrs of Wuro – Patuji quarters of the council (Mubi North).
According to him, the duo confessed to have kidnapped the boy and collected N5 Million as ransom before freeing the innocent boy to his parents.
